SP honey cake
Introduction:
"SP honey cake is moist and soft in the mouth, which is my favorite. SP is cake oil, also known as cake emulsifier or cake foaming agent. Its function is to help the oil blend into the batter without defoaming the batter, and also to prolong the storage time of the batter. It plays an important role in the production of whole egg sponge cake. To make delicious honey cake, in addition to sp, the more important thing is to use good honey, in order to produce the unique sweet flavor and moist texture
Production steps:
Step 1: SP cake oil.
Step 2: sift the powder; heat the butter to melt. All materials except butter should be put into a container, which must be deep.
Step 3: beat the egg beater slowly and evenly, so that all the materials are thoroughly mixed, and beat it at high speed until it is thick. Stop the machine for several times in the middle, and scrape the paste around and at the bottom of the container with a rubber scraper to mix, so as to avoid unevenness. The whole stirring process takes about 8-10 minutes.
Step 4: add the melted butter and stir at the slowest speed until the butter is completely blended into the batter and does not settle at the bottom of the container.
Step 5: lay 7 pieces of white paper on the baking tray to avoid the bottom of the cake being burnt.
Step 6: pour the batter into the glass baking pan with the baking paper.
Step 7: smooth the batter with a rubber scraper.
Step 8: preheat the oven at 150 ℃, the penultimate layer, about 60 minutes, gently press in the middle, there is no rustle and floating, that is cooked; take out after baking, tear off the baking paper.
Step 9: cool completely and slice.

Honey: 50g
Salt: 1 / 4 tsp
Note: honey cake the next day will have the same phenomenon as cantonese moon cake, become more humid and delicious.
