Braised noodles with diced chicken
Introduction:
"What is QQ noodles? Ha ha It's made of potato starch. It's tough and elastic to eat. It's what Taiwanese call "very Q". We usually cook it when we eat hot pot, and stir fry it. My favorite is this kind of stew, which is more delicious. "
Production steps:
Step 1: take the QQ noodle out of the packaging bag and put it into the water for later use.
Step 2: remove the bone of Pipa leg, dice the chicken and marinate it with cooking wine.
Step 3: dice the rice peppers and garlic into small pieces (they should be chopped, but our family don't want to eat garlic when they eat QQ noodles, so I cut them bigger, so it's convenient to pick them out.)
Step 4: put a little oil in the frying pan, add diced chicken and stir fry until discolored.
Step 5: stir fry garlic and millet pepper.
Step 6: stir fry with soy sauce, add 1 small bowl of water, about 200 ml.
Step 7: add sugar, salt and chicken essence, stir well.
Step 8: next QQ noodles, stir well, then turn to low heat stew.
Step 9: until the soup is thick, sprinkle with scallion.
