Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients. Wash and soak Zongye for more than 6 hours, and wash and soak glutinous rice for about 3 hours.
Step 2: soak mushrooms and chop them.
Step 3: wash the spareribs, boil them in boiling water, remove the white foam and wipe them dry. Add in the old wine, five spice powder, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, black pepper and egg white. Marinate for 20 minutes first, then stir well with a little starch and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 4: spread the processed rice dumpling leaves in a bigger bowl, spread them one by one, without gaps, and mix the mushroom powder into the glutinous rice.
