Production steps:
Step 1: all the materials are ready. This is the working face of the school. It's scratched!

Step 3: after adding butter, stir slowly for 3 minutes and quickly for 1 minute until the gluten is completely expanded. The dough temperature is controlled within 28 ℃, if the temperature is too high, the dough will ferment automatically! I forgot to be afraid of that film!
Step 4: knead the dough, cover it with plastic film at about 25 ℃ and let it stand for 15 minutes! We only use the fresh-keeping bag, as long as the surface water does not lose!
Step 5: wake up after a good, the average is divided into three equal parts, rub round after relaxation for 10 minutes!
Step 6: roll the relaxed dough into olive shape, put on red beans and roll it up!
Step 7: This is the shape of the roll, which is a little longer than the toast box. Then we can press it in again and press it to the same size as the toast box!
Step 8: This is the way you put it, first put it on both sides, then put it in the middle! Finally, the fermentation was put in the fermentation box. The temperature was 35 ℃, the humidity was 75-80%, and the time was 45-60 minutes. When it was 8 minutes full, I took it out and covered it for baking. I forgot to take pictures of the fermentation again. I must remember to take pictures next time. The fermentation in school is better than that at home!
Step 9: finally put into the oven to bake, but the school oven is very delicious, the temperature is low, the baking temperature is up and down 200 ℃, the time is 30 minutes! There are two of them. One is my colleague's~
Step 10: pour out the mold immediately after the toast comes out of the oven and let it cool!

Note: 1. The first time to make the toast, put the red beans cut a little uneven, shaping the whole is not good reason! 2. When the toast is baked, you can see the color. If the color is light, you can put it in the oven to continue baking! 3. The bread must be cooled before it can be cut. It's better to cut it with serrated knife, but my knife doesn't look good either!
