Cat ears
Introduction:
"Cat ear is a famous snack with historical allusions and legends in Hangzhou. It is said that when Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty went to Jiangnan, he once took a boat to enjoy the West Lake. When you were enjoying yourself, it suddenly began to rain. Everyone took shelter from the rain in the cabin of the boat, but it rained more and more, and it didn't stop for a long time. A few hours later, Emperor Qianlong was hungry and could not help asking the old fishermen what food they had. The old fishermen told him that Qianlong had noodles, but he could not make noodles without a rolling pin. Just when she was worried, the little granddaughter of the old fisherman came up with a little cat in her arms and said, "there is no rolling pin. I'll twist it with my hand." So the little girl began to twist the noodles into pieces, like the ears of a little cat, small and lovely. She cooked the strange shaped noodles in a pot, then poured them with fish and shrimp gravy and served them to Qianlong. Qianlong's noodles are exquisite and unique. After eating them, they have a lot of aftertaste. They quickly ask the little girl what kind of noodles it is. The little girl answers that it's cat ear. Qianlong liked this snack very much. When he returned to Beijing, he called a little girl to make "cat ears" for it. Since then, "cat ears" has become a famous snack in Hangzhou
