Wuhan characteristic hot rice with wild lotus root
Introduction:
"In my memory, the breakfast of the old Wuhan people is to cook the leftovers with soup. When cooking, add vegetables, lard, seasoning, or simmer good soup, and eat while hot. This is "hot rice". In my memory, I eat more breakfast. Especially in autumn and winter, my mother always cooked the lotus root soup with the leftovers, so that our sisters could eat it warm and go to school. With the continuous improvement of living conditions, hot rice has long been out of the recipe of Wuhan people. Today's children may not know what "hot rice" is. "Hot rice" as a kind of food has been far away from the people of Wuhan. Maybe that time had a great influence on people. In my impression, there is no food that is more delicious and unforgettable than hot rice
