Introduction:
"Wuwei dried silk" is a traditional snack in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, with a history of more than 200 years. The main ingredients of traditional Wuwei dried silk are: dried bean curd, shredded meat, shredded chicken, shredded mustard and shredded bamboo shoots. Production steps:
Step 1: cut the dried bean curd into three pieces, and cut them into filaments.
Step 2: blanch the shredded beans in boiling water for two or three minutes to remove the beany smell.
Step 3: drain the bean shreds and place them in the center of the plate.
Step 4: put shredded mustard around.
Step 5: put on the fire leg silk again.
Step 6: put on the cooked shredded chicken.
Step 7: add shredded carrots and parsley.
Step 8: pour with soy sauce, salt, sesame oil and sugar.
