Production steps:

Step 2: put the shrimps into a bowl, add half of the egg white, add pepper and 1 gram of salt, stir well, marinate for 10 minutes
Step 3: put the eggs into the bowl, and reserve half of the egg white. Add pepper, salt and rice wine to the egg
Step 4: put the flour and yeast powder into the bowl
Step 5: add a little water and make a paste
Step 6: pour the batter into the beaten egg
Step 7: mix well
Step 8: preheat the plate in the oven for a few minutes, and smear the surface with butter, so that the finished product will not stick to the plate, but also more fragrant
Step 9: saute the pickled shrimps in a frying pan until discoloration
Step 10: pour the egg liquid into the plate and put the shrimps in evenly
Step 11: preheat the oven at 120 ℃ for 5 minutes, put it in the oven and bake in the middle for 10 minutes.
Step 12: take it out and spread a layer of butter on the surface, so that the finished product will not be too dry, but also more fragrant
Step 13: adjust the oven temperature to 160 ℃ and bake for 5 minutes. The eggs in the oven swell very high. It shrinks when it's cold
Step 14: the roasted shrimp eggs, although slightly shrink, but the eggs are still very soft, shrimp is very fresh.
