Tremella in iced sugar water
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak Tremella for more than two hours.
Step 2: cut the soaked Tremella into small flowers and add cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.
Step 3: add lotus seeds and Lily. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
Step 4: add rock sugar. Simmer for another 30 minutes.

Rock sugar: right amount
Note: do not cook Tremella overnight, it will produce nitrite. You'd better finish it in a day.
