Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: keep a clean razor clam.

Step 2: wash the razor clam, blanch it, add some cooking wine in the water pot, take out the shell and rinse it with cold water.

Step 3: Chop shallots and ginger.

Step 4: hot pot cold oil, stir onion and ginger, pour razor clam into stir fry, add some chicken essence, cooking wine, soy sauce, stir well and cook well.

Step 5: add salt to taste.
