Production steps:
Step 1: add water to glutinous rice, and the water level is higher than two fingers of glutinous rice. Soak 2-3 days in advance, change the water once or twice a day, and put it in the shade. If it's hot, refrigerate it.
Step 2: dry rice dumpling leaves with boiling water to remove dust and bacteria. Then, soak in cold water.
Step 3: soak mung beans in advance for more than 12 hours.
Step 4: pour out the water in the glutinous rice, add mung beans and dried roses, and stir well.
Step 5: take a piece of rice dumpling leaf, and roll the wide end inward into a cone. Hold it in your hand, and the cone tip can't leak.
Step 6: add 8-9 minutes of rice stuffing.
Step 7: the leaves on both sides higher than the rice are folded inward to form a triangular surface.
Step 8: fold the back leaves forward to cover the triangle.
Step 9: the rest of the leaves are pressed down on the zongzi.
Step 10: entangle and tie the rope. (I didn't take a picture to tie it up. This is a small dumpling. It's tied in the same way.)
