Boiled meat with bamboo shoots
Introduction:
"This is a very Wenzhou cooking method. I remember my mother used to cook it like this to give us fresh and refreshing meat and bamboo shoots, which made our dining table very loving."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the bamboo shoots and pork.
Step 2: put the streaky pork and bamboo shoots into the pot in cold water, and add appropriate amount of fine salt.
Step 3: after boiling for 10 minutes, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4: take the cooked bamboo shoots and streaky pork out of the pot, cool slightly and slice.
Step 5: dip in soy sauce when eating.
Materials required:
Bamboo shoots: 500g
Pork: 400g
Fine salt: 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce: right amount
Note: why do you want to boil in high heat, then turn to low heat: this will save gas. You don't have to worry about too small the amount of salt, because the finished product tastes better when dipped in soy sauce.
