Production steps:
Step 1: bake the cool Qifeng cake in advance and cut it into 3 pieces of equal thickness. For the practice of Qifeng cake, please refer to my previous recipe.
Step 2: Add 20 grams of sugar to the cream, beat it to 7 with electric beater at low speed.
Step 3: take a piece of cake, spread cream on it, and spread the cleaned and cut strawberry evenly.
Step 4: add a little more cream.
Step 5: cover another slice of cake with cream, and spread the diced mango evenly.
Step 6: apply a little more cream, cover the remaining slice of cake, and apply cream on the surface and around the cake. (this is the only way for me who has no flower mounting base and no flower mounting platform.)
Step 7: load the remaining cream into the mounting bag.
Step 8: squeeze your favorite pattern and decorate with strawberries and finger biscuits.
Step 9: beautiful, healthy cream cake is finished.
