Production steps:
Step 1: get up in the morning, wash 70 grams of corn dregs slightly, and then soak them in tap water.
Step 2: wash the tremella before going to bed at night.

Note: I use specially bought pieces of tremella, which are dropped from individual Tremella. The price is cheaper than the whole tremella, and don't tear them by hand when using them. Convenient! Don't buy the white one. I bought it from Gutian Tremella online. The color is egg yellow, with a faint herbal fragrance. Once it's cooked, it's glutinous. So I don't want to soak it before cooking.
