Red sweet potato dumplings

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the glutinous rice flour and purple potato.
Step 2: prepare sweet scented osmanthus, peanuts and wine.
Step 3: wash and slice the purple potato; put it into the microwave oven and press it into mud.
Step 4: put peanuts into microwave oven for 3 minutes, peel and pound them into powder; add sugar, Osmanthus fragrans, cooked oil and flour; mix well to form stuffing.
Step 5: mix the purple sweet potato paste with half of the glutinous rice flour, and mix well to form a dough.
Step 6: combine the other half of glutinous rice flour into a dough.
Step 7: mix the two colors.
Step 8: divide into several small dosage forms.
Step 9: bread with dumplings and peanut stuffing.
Step 10: wrap all the dumplings separately.
Step 11: bring the water to a boil in the pan and add the dumplings; bring the water to a boil and add cold water; do this three times until the dumplings float on the water.
Step 12: pour in the wine and bring to a boil.

Glutinous rice flour: 500g

Peanuts: 100g
Sweet osmanthus: 3 tsp
Cooked oil: 4 teaspoons
Flour: 2 teaspoons
Note: if you like sweet food, you can add some sugar in the filling or wine.
