Production steps:
Step 1: wash and soak red beans, mung beans, corn and peanuts for one night.
Step 2: wash and soak glutinous rice for several hours.
Step 3: mix the soaked material with raisins.
Step 4: take two pieces of washed rice dumpling leaves, roll them into funnel shape, and add the mixed raw materials. Novice can insert the raw materials with chopsticks like me, so as to make the rice material compact.
Step 5: hold both sides of the leaves with your fingers.
Step 6: fold the leaves above and cover the funnel.
Step 7: fold up the extra leaves.
Step 8: bind zongzi with brown hemp.
Step 9: cut off the extra leaves.
Step 10: soak the prepared rice dumplings in clean water. After all the rice dumplings are prepared, add the clean water without rice dumplings. After steaming on the pressure cooker, continue to cook for 25 minutes, and then turn off the fire. Let cool and serve.
