Pudding
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: first, divide the milk into two parts, one part is mixed with sugar, put on a small fire, and slowly heat to dissolve sugar.
Step 2: the pudding mould can be replaced by the porcelain tea cup with big top and small bottom. Wash and dry it, and apply a thin layer of oil for standby.
Step 3: add 15 grams of water and 50 grams of sugar to the pot, slowly boil over low heat until golden, pour into the pudding mould while hot, and cover the bottom layer of the mould (about 2 mm thick).
Step 4: knock the eggs into a bowl and beat them evenly. First add cold milk and stir it. Then add sugar dissolved hot milk and stir it well. After that, filter it through a fine sieve to form egg milk slurry.
Step 5: pour the egg milk slurry into the pudding mould (80% full), put it into the cage and simmer for about 20 minutes until the center of the egg milk is well cooked. After cooling, cover it on a small glass dish (or small tea dish).
