Making of steamed bread and sausage rolls
Introduction:
"During the Spring Festival, we have a big meal of fish and meat. For the sake of dietary balance, we specially made this kind of steamed bread with coarse cereals. The taste is light and original. Production steps:
Step 1: material preparation: common flour, buckwheat flour, yeast, rice wine
Step 2: divide the prepared flour into two portions.

Step 7: put the buckwheat dough on the chopping board and knead well, then knead it into long strips
Step 8: cut into flour and make a steamed bread
Step 9: add proper amount of warm water to the steamer, and apply a little salad oil on the stainless steel steamer tray (to prevent sticking to the steamer)
Step 10: put the steamed bread embryo into the pot and steam over high heat for 15 minutes
Step 11: use this 15 minute spare time to prepare the ingredients for the sausage roll.
Dice the sausage and green onion, add a little salt.
Step 12: knead the other dough and roll it thin.
Step 13: Sprinkle with scallions and sausages
Step 14: roll long strips
Step 15: cut into small pieces with a knife and stack the two pieces
