Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: cut the mutton first, blanch it in cold water and take it out.
Step 3: dice tofu and chop scallion.
Step 4: pour oil into the pan, add minced mutton and stir fry for a few times.
Step 5: pour in the chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: then add the tofu.
Step 7: half a packet of Mapo Tofu seasoning, add 3 tbsp water and mix well.
Step 8: pour into the pot and bring to a boil.
Step 9: turn the heat down and cook for 3 minutes.
Materials required:
A box of tofu
Sirloin: moderate
Mapo Tofu seasoning: right amount
Scallion: right amount
Corn oil: right amount
Note: PS: 1. You can use pork instead of mutton. The flavor of mutton has a faint milk flavor. 2. If mutton is used, it should be cooked in cold water to remove the smell of mutton. 3. Don't have too much firepower, just small fire. 4. Stir fry mutton with bean curd, pour in seasoning juice, and do it in three steps.
