Production steps:

Step 7: knead the minced meat to the size you like, then fry it or steam it (when cooking, save gas). So that you don't have to be in a hurry when you blow it up. PS knead the ball with water on the palm, so the ball is better shaped and less sticky
Step 8: heat up the oil thoroughly and fry the meatballs until golden. Remember to turn over the pot after deep frying. Deep fry over medium heat, turn over the pan less.
Step 9: for fear that the meatballs won't stick to the pot, you can fry them for a short time.
