It has a long aftertaste. Dried bamboo shoot clothes taste like meat
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the dried bamboo shoots in hot water half a day in advance.
Step 2: prepare garlic, ginger, onion and pepper. Garlic doesn't need to be chopped, so garlic can be eaten in a big mouthful, very fragrant!
Step 3: cut off the pepper and prepare.
Step 4: blanch the cut ribs with water. Bring to a boil for a while.
Step 5: after blanching, wash the spareribs, put them into the pressure cooker, add the prepared rice wine and ginger. Press the cap for 10 minutes. After pressing, take out the spareribs and keep the remaining soup.
Step 6: add oil in the frying pan, heat up, add the prepared onion, ginger, garlic and pepper, and saute until fragrant.
Step 7: add the spareribs, stir fry, make the spareribs fully contact with the oil, then add soy sauce, salt (according to personal preference can be added later). Add a small amount of yellow rice wine
Step 8: after the last step, continue to stir fry for a while, add the prepared pepper and continue to stir fry.
