Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients: lean and fat beef or mutton, carrots, onions, and a handful of raisins
Step 2: blanch the meat in a cold water pot, skim the foam in the middle, and turn off the heat after boiling for one minute, so as not to be overcooked. Take it out and wash it.
Step 3: heat the pan with more oil than usual, then add meat, onion, carrot, salt, soy sauce and stir fry. Over medium heat, stir fry the meat for 5 minutes. When it's ripe, add onion and carrot until it's 7 minutes. Then add two spoonfuls of hot water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add a little more salt, because rice is no longer seasoned.
Step 4: after stewing, pour the juice into the rice cooker and spread evenly, then spread the soaked rice on it (rice must be soaked in warm water for 30 minutes in advance, because there is little water added when steaming rice, and the rice that has not been soaked will be raw after boiling). As for the amount of water, it's almost the same, but it's not over the meter.
Step 5: cook according to the normal cooking procedure. Just out of the pot is like this, mix well with a spoon, there will be lovely golden rice.
Step 6: open to eat ~ ~ ~ very delicious ~ ~ ~ completely achieved the desired effect, but there are no raisins at home, otherwise it will be more wonderful. If you want to add raisins, sprinkle them on rice in step 4.

Raisins: (if you have some at home, just put some, but don't pull it down)
Note: wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes. If it's salty, try it in step 4. The first attempt was very successful, and I will often do it later ~ ~ ~ this is the weight of two people, but the terrible thing is that I have swept all of them alone....
