Steamed spareribs with radish and mushroom
Introduction:
There is a folk proverb: "eat radish in winter and ginger in summer". Because you also like to eat radish in summer, you can understand that eating radish in summer is not harmful to your health, but also can prevent diseases. Radish is mild cold in nature. It has the functions of clearing heat and detoxification, invigorating stomach and digestion, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, smoothing Qi and defecation, generating body fluid and relieving thirst, tonifying the middle and calming the viscera, etc. The content of vitamin C in radish is more than that of common fruits, and it is also rich in vitamin A, B, calcium, phosphorus and iron. Radish also contains many glucoamylase which can help digestion; mustard oil which can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and appetite; lignin which can improve the activity of macrophages (i.e. cells that swallow bacteria and other foreign bodies), phagocytize cancer cells and decompose carcinogenic nitrite. In addition, it also contains glucose, adenosine oxidase, pentose, gasifying mucin, tissue amino acids, choline and other components. Therefore, it has inhibitory effect on Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, pneumococcus and Escherichia coli. Steamed spareribs with radish and mushroom is a nutritious dish with excellent meat and vegetables, and also a delicacy with high appearance rate on my table
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the dried mushrooms 1 hour in advance; (just wash the fresh mushrooms)
Step 2: cut ginger and garlic into small pieces. (to make this dish, you need more garlic than usual, so the ribs are more delicious.)

Step 4: stir the spareribs and marinate for 10-20 minutes;
Step 5: add proper amount of water to the steamer, bring the water to a boil, steam the marinated spareribs for 10 minutes over high heat, and then steam for half an hour over medium heat;
Step 6: during steaming spareribs, do some preparatory work, slice the soaked mushrooms, peel and slice the white radish;
Step 7: put the cut white radish on the plate, as shown in Figure 7; then spread the mushrooms on the white radish;
Step 8: take out the steamed spareribs. (be careful not to burn your hands.)
Step 9: spread the steamed spareribs on the white radish and mushroom with chopsticks;
Step 10: set the plate of the spareribs, and then use a spoon to evenly pour the juice and material steamed out of the spareribs on the spareribs, so that the white radish and mushroom on the site can fully absorb the spareribs juice;
Step 11: add boiling water to the steamer, steam over high heat for 10 minutes, and steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes;
Step 12: before steaming, open the lid of the pot, sprinkle coriander and turn off the fire. At this time, the fragrance is coming, and the taste is strong and delicious!

[food taboo]: 1. White radish should not be eaten with ginseng and American ginseng; 2. Lentinus edodes is a kind of wind food, which is taboo for patients with intractable skin pruritus; Lentinus edodes + quail meat and quail eggs = black spots on the face; Lentinus edodes + river crab = stone symptoms; Lentinus edodes + tomato = carotenoids destruction, reducing nutritional value. [tips for the chef]: 1. Add proper amount of water when steaming the spareribs, so as not to remove the cover and add water halfway, which will affect the heat. As the saying goes, "remove the cover three fires". Once the cover is removed, the high temperature will run away, wasting energy. The dishes in the pot will be cold and hot suddenly, and the taste will not come out, or it will not be authentic; 2. Water will come out in the process of steaming the white radish, so when using the plate Wait, had better use a dish bottom deep spot, lest soup juice overflow, nutrient loss. 3. Radish for diarrhea, carrot for tonic, so the two had better not eat together. If you want to eat together, you should add some vinegar to mix, in order to facilitate the absorption of nutrients.
