Make your own sushi
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: make sushi rice: < br > rice: water = 1:1.1 < br > wash the rice and cook it in an electric pot.
Step 2: mix 150cc vinegar, 90g sugar and 30g salt.
Pour into the cooked rice, mix well and let cool.

Step 9: spread a piece of seaweed on the sushi curtain, put the sushi rice on it, shape and compact it (leave a little edge on one side of the seaweed).
Place carrots, cucumbers, ham and shredded eggs in the middle of the rice.
Step 10: roll up the curtain, tighten it by hand, and press the left and right sides inward.
Step 11: when finished, cut it into 1cm wide rolls.

Note: do not rush to open the lid after cooked rice, and then stuffy for 10 ~ 15 minutes, the taste will be better. The amount of sushi vinegar mixed here is one cup of rice. When you put rice on the seaweed, it will stick to your hands. If you wet your hands with a little water, it's OK. Because this sushi is light, you can dip it with mustard sauce or other sauces.
