Shape, square, round, triangular, flower shaped, horn shaped, with lace and without lace, very good-looking! The fabric is usually made of high gluten flour with salt and eggs. The dough is rolled with a rolling pin as thin as paper. The lace of wonton is cut with a wheel knife, and it is also cut with a special lace knife.
