Production steps:
Step 1: dough material: 225g high flour, 30g honey, 3G yeast, 20g egg liquid, 110g milk, 20g butter.
Step 2: filling: butter 25g, sugar 20g, whole egg 25g, coconut 50g, milk 25g, surface decoration: a little egg liquid.
Step 3: soften the butter at room temperature.
Step 4: add sugar and stir well.
Step 5: add the egg liquid in several times and stir evenly.
Step 6: add coconut and mix well.
Step 7: add milk and mix well.
Step 8: the coconut stuffing is very fragrant.
Step 9: mix the dough materials (except butter) to make a smooth dough.
Step 10: add softened butter and knead it into a smooth dough (the dough is soft, I break it into dough, adjust the amount of milk according to my own flour).
Step 11: basic fermentation to 2 times the size.
Step 12: divide it into two parts, round and relax for 10 minutes.
Step 13: take a portion of dough and roll it into a rectangle (the dough is soft and needs to be spread with a thin layer of powder on the panel), evenly spread coconut and roll it up from bottom to top.
Step 14: divide into 4 pieces and cut with a sharp knife.

Step 18: put it in the preheated oven at 175 ℃ for 18 minutes, and the surface is golden yellow with strong coconut fragrance.
Step 19: get out of the oven, cool and seal.
