Sweet and sour spareribs with pineapple and colored pepper
Introduction:
"Every day cooking, do numb, take turns to do chicken, pig, cattle, fish and eggs, fan back to the old dishes, add some pepper."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients: thaw the ribs, color pepper, cut onion into pieces, soak pineapple in salted water (it doesn't itch, it will feel sweeter).
Step 2: remove the foam of the spareribs with a few pieces of ginger water, wash them and serve them.
Step 3: put a few tbsp of vegetable oil in the pot, add four or five tbsp of sugar or brown sugar powder, cook the spareribs until they are scorched, and quickly turn them over.
Step 4: add a little pepper noodles, raw oil, water, cooking wine, sweet and sour juice (bottled, such as surimi) and lemon juice to the pot. In a word, mix them until they think they are moderately sour and sweet. Add pineapple, colored pepper and onion, stir them for a few times, add a little water starch and turn them well.
Step 5: finish. A few last drops of sesame oil will do.
