Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the Yellow Rice (preferably new yellow rice), soak it in cold water for 4 hours, grind the rice and water together into a paste, put it into a cloth bag, lift the water, pour it into a basin, and put it in a warm place to ferment it. The time should not be too long, and it will be ready as soon as the surface is initiated.
Step 2: take off a small piece of the dough and knead it into a ball.
Step 3: put it on the left hand to form a round skin, put the bean stuffing mixed with sweet scented osmanthus on the round skin with the right hand, rotate the round skin gradually to wrap the stuffing, then pull off the dough at the mouth, put it on the wet cloth to form a round cake, and wrap all the noodles and stuffing according to this method.
Step 4: pour peanut oil into the pan and heat it to 60%. Put the green cake into the oil in batches and fry it until golden yellow. Then you can eat it.
Materials required:
Yellow rice: 1000g
Red bean paste: 1000g
Sweet osmanthus: 15g
Peanut oil: 150g
Note: 1 yellow rice noodles must be soaked in cold water. 2 peanut oil in seasoning should be used for fried rice cake. It is better to prepare more than the actual amount.
