Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare pure milk, yogurt and high temperature resistant box.
Step 2: pour proper amount of water into the pot, put the box into the steamer, heat the water, and disinfect the box for 5 minutes. (cover the pot)
Step 3: after disinfecting the box, take out the water and pour in the milk.
Step 4: put the milk into the steamer when it was disinfected. Heat the milk for 10 minutes without firing. (cover the pot)
Step 5: add yoghurt to the heated milk and stir well.
Step 6: pour some warm water into the rice cooker and put it on a shelf. (water is not hot)
Step 7: cover the mixed milk and put it on the shelf of the rice cooker.
Step 8: plug in the power supply, start the heat preservation gear, keep warm for 1 hour, turn off the power supply, and heat the milk for 8 hours (or overnight) with the remaining temperature
Step 9: if the finished product tastes better, it can be refrigerated for several hours before eating.

Original yogurt: 200ml
Note: Tips: 1: the best choice of milk is full fat. 2: The yogurt is original. 3: It's better to heat the rice cooker with water. 4: In the heat preservation, if the heat preservation gear is not very hot, then select the heat preservation gear to heat for 8h.
