Have you ever seen a green rose?
Introduction:
"In April, the spinach was made when it was cheap. For two yuan, I bought a large bag, half of which was used to make juice and steamed bread with spinach flour, and half of which was used to dip sauce and eat the spinach dregs after pressing juice. Don't throw them away. The steamed buns that Meng teaches you to make spinach stuffing next time are very delicious!"
Production steps:
Step 1: beat the spinach juice 140g
Step 2: mix 300g of common flour and 3G of yeast to form a smooth dough
Step 3: cover with plastic film or wet cloth, wake up to twice the size
Step 4: I divide the dough into two groups. Each group is rolled into a rectangular piece about 3mm thick
Step 5: with the help of a ruler, cut the edge of the dough into 15 cm wide and 28 cm long rectangular pieces
Step 6: cut the rectangle into 12 pieces, 5 cm wide and 7 cm long
Step 7: cut the leftovers and roll them into the heart of the rose
Step 8: tighten the two short sides of the rectangular small piece and shape it into a rose petal.
Step 9: roll the petals onto the heart
Step 10: prepare other petals in turn, and glue 6 petals to each flower center alternately
Step 11: start from the outermost petals, turn them out one by one, with the range from large to small, until a green rose is formed
