Stewed noodles
Introduction:
"More than 30 years ago, I worked in Qinghai. I traveled to more than half of Qinghai and got along with the people of Qinghai. Production steps:
Step 1: 500 grams of flour, add a small spoon of salt, add 250-300 ml of warm water, knead into dough.
Step 2: flatten the dough and cut it into a finger wide strip; put the cut strip on the mixing oil and put it on the plate, cover it with a wet towel for 1 hour, or wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. (no freezing)
Step 3: after cooking, take out the noodles and flatten them with your fingers. Grasp both ends of the noodles, pat the cutting board up and down, and pull the long noodles.
Step 4: dice the onion and dice the garlic.
Step 5: dice the tomato and green pepper, and cut the scallion well.
Step 6: dried tofu and diced pork.
Step 7: heat the oil in the pan, stir fry the scallion, ginger and garlic, add all the ingredients and stir fry together; finally, stir fry the diced meat, add 2 tbsp of bean paste, a little salt, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of cooking wine and 1 tbsp of sugar. Pour in a large bowl of boiling water and bring to a boil. Add half a teaspoon of chicken essence. Mix well and turn off the heat.
Step 8: the meat sauce topping is ready, and put it in the container for standby.
Step 9: break the lasagna, pull it into a 1 inch long piece, and put it into the boiling water pot.
Step 10: turn on the low heat first, and then turn on the high heat until it floats.
Step 11: put some scallion, oil, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, a little vinegar and chicken essence in a bowl, and pour in 1 tablespoon boiling water.
Step 12: take out the cooked dough and pour it into a bowl.
Step 13: scoop up a large spoon of meat sauce and pour it on the dough. Mix well. A bowl of soft, smooth and delicious noodles is ready.
