Cowpea
Introduction:
"Cowpea is a popular dish among Chinese people. In the north, it is directly called Doudou, and Doudou with sesame juice is a healthy food. Today, you can make a cowpea with sesame juice, and butterflies will fly into your table. Adults like it, children have appetite, and it's very elegant to entertain guests!"
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: cowpea, sesame paste (or peanut butter), garlic.
Step 2: soak and wash cowpeas, put them into a boiling water pot and cook them. Add a small amount of salt and edible oil into the boiling water pot to keep the beans fresh green.
Step 3: bring the beans to a boil and drain.
Step 4: cut the cooked beans into 25 cm segments, take 2 and place them on the cutting board.
Step 5: take one and roll it up. Leave it 2cm long to make the antennae of the butterfly, and fix it with toothpick.
Step 6: the other one is also rolled up and fixed together with the cowpea toothpick in the opposite direction.
Step 7: cowpea butterfly is ready.
Step 8: also make more butterfly rolls.
Step 9: mix sesame sauce with warm water, salt and chicken essence to make a bowl of sauce (add some mashed garlic if you like).
Step 10: put cowpea butterfly roll and bowl juice on the table.

Precautions: 1. Soak the beans in white vinegar for 10 minutes, rinse them with clean water, then soak them in alkaline water (half basin of clean water is called a seasoning spoon of edible alkali) for 10 minutes, rinse them to remove pesticides. 2.
