Fried diced chicken in soy sauce
Introduction:
"Happy life is a wonderful show. I can learn something new every time. But why do 80% of the food introduced in it need oil? This makes me very melancholy. It's unhealthy and wasteful to use so much oil. Is there no alternative? This fried chicken with soy sauce also needs oil, and it's a big pot of oil. This method is really not suitable for home operation, so I chose to use more oil half fried half fried, the effect is OK. Don't throw away the remaining oil. Save it for cooking later. Ingredients: 350 grams of chicken legs, 60 grams of fried peanuts, sesame oil, ginger powder, white sugar Bacon: salt, egg white, water starch sauce: soy sauce, purified water, sesame oil

Step 1: remove the bone and dice the chicken leg, sprinkle a little salt into the bottom taste, add egg white and starch, and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2: peel the fried peanuts. Sauce: dilute soy sauce with a little pure water, add a spoonful of sesame oil and stir well.
Step 3: put more oil in the pan, put in the salted diced chicken and fry until the meat turns white completely, then remove and drain the oil.
Step 4: start another frying pan, put a little sesame oil in the pan, pour in the sauce and stir fry over low heat. Add sugar and ginger powder during frying.
Step 5: stir fry the sauce, pour in diced chicken and stir fry evenly.
Step 6: finally pour in the fried peanuts, stir fry until the sauce is evenly wrapped in the diced chicken and peanuts.

Note: 1, the best choice for side dishes fried walnut, I did not use peanuts instead. 2. The best sauce is dry soy sauce. There are bean petals in soy sauce, which will affect the appearance. 3. The later stir frying process should be kept at a low temperature, otherwise the sauce is easy to paste. 4. If the color of the sauce is lighter, add a proper amount of soy sauce in the sauce, so that the color is better. 5. Cooking with sesame oil is more fragrant.
