Step 1: Chop garlic into mashed garlic and put it in a bowl
Step 2: sprinkle some chili noodles on top of the mashed garlic
Step 3: clean the alfalfa. (I washed it about ten times and almost broke it.)
Step 4: wash the alfalfa and control the water

Step 6: mix the alfalfa noodles
Step 7: cut the shallot into rings
Step 8: fry the garlic and chili noodles while frying the onion
Step 9: put a little oil in the frying pan and stir fry the chopped green onion. Stir fry until the flavor of green onion comes out and put it in a bowl. (if there is less salt in the noodles, add a little salt here.)
Step 10: steam the mixed alfalfa flour on the steamer for 25 minutes. (poke with chopsticks on the way, it's better cooked)
Step 11: mix the seasoning (mashed garlic and green onion) and steamed noodles
