Zumin Township, belonging to Dongliao County, Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Dongliao County, bordering Jinzhou Township in the East, Jian'an town in the south, Jiashan Township in the West and Dagushan town in Yitong Manchu Autonomous County in the north. Zumin township was formerly known as dongdagou. In 1901, it was named Ping'an Village; in 1906, it was named Zumin; in 1907, it belonged to the Fifth District.
