Western Jin Dynasty: in Liucheng County, Changli County, Pingzhou.

Liao Dynasty: Jianzhou. At the beginning of Liao Dynasty, the Taizu of Liao Dynasty set up the governor of Baojing army, which governed YONGBA, Yongkang, Yonghe and Fushu counties. Jianzhou city is located in Huanghuatan village in the west of the town. According to the records of Liao Dynasty, Jianzhou was located in the south of Linghe River (today's Daling River) and suffered from frequent floods. When Qidan was in charge of Longxu (emperor Shengzong of Liao Dynasty), it moved to the north of Daling River (today's Daling River), that is to say, Chongzhou city ruled Yan in the Tang Dynasty. " The "old Chongzhou city governance" of Daling Hebei in Liao Zhi refers to the present Jianzhou city site.
In the Liao Dynasty, the economy and culture flourished. Zhang Xiaojie, the number one scholar, was poor and eager to learn. During the reign of Chongxi, he was promoted to the first place. Since then, including Jianzhou, Xingzhong (now Chaoyang) in the East and Daning (now Ningcheng) in the West were all the pastoral areas of wuliangha tribe in Mongolia, and Mongolian herdsmen moved in one after another.
During the Qing Dynasty, new immigrants came from the Guanxi area in the west of Liaoning Province. At this time, from the early Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, after more than 200 years of fault, the name of Jianzhou has long gone.
