Luojiaba town
Luojiaba town belongs to Xixiang County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. It is located at the north foot of Micang mountain and the source of Muma River in Xixiang County, adjacent to Xiakou town in the East, Dahe Town in the south, Erli town in Chenggu County in the West and Sidu town in the north. The total area is 188.84 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Luojiaba town has one community and seven administrative villages. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Luo Jia Ba town was 9788. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Luojiaba town reached 83.83 million yuan, the total industrial output value was 17.2 million yuan, and the total social commodity sales reached 28 million yuan.
Historical evolution
During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1662-1722), the immigrants from Hunan and Guangdong settled here and got the name "Luojiaba". Later, the surname Luo became the present name.
In 1950, Luojiaba township was established.
In 1959, it was changed into a management area.
In 1965, Luojiaba commune was established.
In 1984, it was renamed Luojiaba township.
In April 1996, it was merged into zhongjiagou Township, and the Township People's government was initially established in zhongjiagou.
In November 2004, the Township People's government moved from zhongjiagou to Luojiaba, and zhongjiagou township was renamed Luojiaba township.
In 2008, Luojiaba town was renamed as Luojiaba town.
