Tuandian Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Gaizhou City, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Gaizhou City, adjacent to Gaotun town in the East, Nuanquan town in the southeast, Nuanquan town in the south, Dongcheng Street in the southwest, Dongcheng Street in the west, Qingshiling town in the Northwest, Boluopu town in Dashiqiao City in the north, Tangchi town in Dashiqiao City in the northeast, with an administrative area of 53.2 square kilometers.

By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Tuan Dian town was 11329. As of June 2020, tuandian town has jurisdiction over six administrative villages.

History of construction
In the winter of 1945, Gaixian county was liberated and a democratic government was established.
In October 1946, the Kuomintang occupied Gaixian county and established tuandian Village Office under the system of Xiang, Bao and Jia.
In June 1947, the Communist Party recovered Gaixian county and restored the village system of the original district; in October of the same year, the villages within the territory of today's Nuanquan government were assigned to tuandian district.
In July 1950, GAIPING county took the number as the district name, and tuandian district was the third district.
In March 1956, the whole county was merged into a township, and Gaotun district was merged into tuandian district.
In June 1958, the whole county withdrew the district and merged the township, and Shifosi township was merged into tuandian township.
In 1983, tuandian commune was transformed into a township.
In 1997, tuandian township was transformed into a town.

By the end of 2011, tuandian town had six administrative villages: daqianmaling, Erdaofang, shentun, xigaotun, Jiatun and Gujiazi, with 45 villager groups.
