Wuliangdian Town, belonging to Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Heishan County, bordering Banlamen town and Raoyanghe town in the East, Hujia town in the south, xuetun Township in the west, Yingchengzi Township and Xiaodong town in the north, with an administrative area of 123.44 square kilometers.
In 1921, Heishan County was divided into six districts, and wuliangdian was the fourth district. In September 1983, wuliangdian township was changed, and then wuliangdian town was changed. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the town was 23426. As of June 2020, wuliangdian town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in wuliangdian village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of wuliangdian town was 29.2 million yuan, an increase of 52% over the previous year. The local fiscal revenue was 21 million yuan, an increase of 81% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 4 industrial enterprises in wuliangdian Town, including 2 above scale enterprises and 60 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1921, Heishan County was divided into six districts, and wuliangdian was the fourth district.
In 1932, the Japanese puppet government designated Heishan County as 44 villages.
In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), there were 27 villages, and wuliangdian was one of them.
In February 1948, Heishan County was established, with eight districts and wuliangdian as the Sixth District People's government.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, wuliangdian was the Sixth District of Heishan County.
In 1955, the six districts were divided into three townships: wuliangdian, Damin and karamu.
In 1957, the township was divided into wuliangdian, Damin, karamu and lazishan; in the same year, it was merged into wuliangdian and Chengzishan.
In the spring of 1958, the commune system was established as one township and one commune; in October of the same year, Chenguang commune was rebuilt.
In September 1980, wuliangdian commune was changed into wuliangdian commune management committee.
In September 1983, it was changed into wuliangdian Township, and later into wuliangdian town.

By the end of 2011, wuliangdian town had jurisdiction over one community and 14 administrative villages: Zhenxing, lazishan, Damin, liaotun, Chengjia, Zhoujia, Heping, Dacui, gutun, karamu, laituozi, houhuang, Zhangjia, mengtun, wuliangdian, and 119 villager groups.
As of June 2020, wuliangdian town has 14 administrative villages: datcuitun village, liaotun village, houhuang village, Kalamu village, gutun village, mengtun village, lazishan village, Damintun village, Heping Village, laituozi village, Zhangjia village, dongchanggangzi village, Chengjia village and wuliangdian village. The town people's government is stationed in wuliangdian Village.

hydrology
There are two rivers in wuliangdian Town: Dongsha River, which flows through six villages from north to South and passes through 15 kilometers. Fengshi river is a main channel for artificial drainage.
