Ditang Township
Ditang Township, belonging to Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County of Chongqing, is located in the north of Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County, with Puzi town in the East, longshe town in the south, Dudu township of Fengdu County in the west, Taiyuan town in the north, 48 kilometers away from the government of Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County, covering a total area of 91.39 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, Ditang Township belonged to longshe township; in January 1984, it was changed from Ditang commune to Ditang township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the township was 12110. As of June 2020, Ditang has four administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is stationed in huaditang.
Food crops in Ditang township are mainly rice and corn; animal husbandry is mainly raising pigs, sheep, cattle and poultry; industry is mainly individual processing. In the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932), it was set up in Ditang Township by Xialong.
In January 1951, two townships of Ditang and Putao were set up in Ditang Township, which was changed into the ninth district (Puzi District).

In January 1956, Xuetang Township and Siping Township were merged into Ditang township.
