Tarim Township
Tarim Township, a county of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Akesu, is located in the southeast of the county of Sha Ya county, and is situated on the southeast side of Tarim County, Kuche. It connects with the village of Tietu in the South and Mongolia County in Bayinguoleng, Mongolia, and the first ranch in the West and the county. It is adjacent to hnkhitam Township in Kuche county. In 1984, the commune was removed and the township was changed to Tarim township. As of October 2019, eight administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of rural Tarim.
