Taiping Township

Taiping Township is located in the north, 14 kilometers away from the urban area and 10 kilometers away from Shuangxi town. It borders on shilinchang and Xiandu Township in the East, Liancheng town in the south, Laozhu she town in the West and Shuangxi town in the north. With beautiful scenery, beautiful environment and rich products, Liya highway and Jinliwen Expressway pass through the central part of the township and convenient transportation, it is the largest fruit town in Liandu district.

Economics

The township covers a total area of 105.57 square kilometers (2017), with 19 village committees and 10870 people (2017). In 2005, the total industrial and agricultural output value of the township was 55.43 million yuan, an increase of 6.82% over the previous year; the total financial revenue was 826400 yuan, an increase of 507700 yuan, an increase of 159.30%; the annual per capita income of farmers reached 3093 yuan, an increase of 10.3% over the previous year.

Agriculture

The construction of 3.3 hectare grain center in Dakeng village and the promotion of standardized cultivation techniques have achieved good economic benefits. Six fruit production bases have been established, among which the citrus base in xieshantou village, fengchai village and Wugu village have passed the demonstration of district level pollution-free base. Speed up the transformation of old orchards, including 2.8 hectares of technical transformation of the old orchards in Niutoushan, planting 1200 super early maturing citrus seedlings. The "lvwang" pig professional cooperative organization and Taiping rural agricultural products sales service center have been established. The township and village cadres and major agricultural and sideline product buyers have registered as 83 farmers' mailbox members in Zhejiang Province, so that farmers can timely understand various agricultural policies, market conditions, meteorological information and the latest agricultural situation.

infrastructure

First, 100 projects. Xiao'an village has invested 91158 thousand yuan to actively carry out the renovation of the village, and completed the water supply transformation, reservoir dredging, village road hardening, old house demolition, external wall reconstruction and other projects, which have achieved remarkable results. The second is the construction of Kangzhuang project. The policy processing and housing construction of Liya highway were fully completed, and the policy processing of Anzhang highway reconstruction project was fully implemented; the Kangzhuang project from Anzhang highway to Dakeng was fully completed; the two Kangzhuang roads from Liya highway to Wugu village and xiao'an to xieshantou village were fully completed and passed the quality appraisal. At the same time, we should further improve the publicity of village affairs and democratic management, and make village level finance public. We should strictly make sure that seven villages along the highway are open once a month, and the other 12 villages are open once a quarter. In 2005, the financial affairs of six villages including Zhunong and muhou were audited, and the audit amount was 2.48 million yuan.

Family planning work

Taking Changle Village as a pilot and breakthrough, we carried out the governance work of family planning problems with the theme of "visiting the people, sending warmth, ensuring safety and promoting development". After more than two months of investigation, data checking, visiting the masses and case analysis, the township carried out the work in four batches according to the actual situation and difficulty of each village. As of October 20, 2005, 108 of the 119 illegal child-bearing objects left over by the township for more than 10 years have voluntarily paid the social support fee for family planning within the prescribed time limit, with the amount of 1068449 yuan to be levied and 910994 yuan to be collected, with a collection rate of 85.3%.

Education and health

With the adjustment of educational layout and the advancement of educational reform, a new educational pattern of "one school, two campuses" was formed in 2005. The school's education quality and teaching achievements have been significantly improved. The school has won many honors and awards, such as "Zhejiang rural Demonstration Primary School", "Zhejiang Education township", "Zhejiang standardized school", "advanced school-based scientific research unit", "the third place in the primary school games of Liandu District", "safe campus of the city" and "school with qualified teachers' ethics and style", and has been rated as "three-star" School ". With a total investment of more than 1.2 million yuan and a construction area of 1256 square meters, the outpatient building of township health center has been completed and put into use, further improving the hardware conditions of medical and health care in the township. From January to December 2005, the whole Township reimbursed 411000 yuan of new rural medical fund. In 2006, 10919 people participated in the new rural medical cooperation, raising funds of 209240 yuan, and the participation rate reached 76.8%.

In cooperation with the District Civil Affairs Bureau, 269 households with the minimum living allowance and the five guarantees were investigated. 167 people who met the conditions of the minimum living allowance were classified and guaranteed for one to five years. 102 people who did not meet the conditions of the minimum living allowance were cancelled.
