Fengrun town

Fengrun Town, jingle County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. Located at the south end of jingle, 14 kilometers away from the county seat, it is the South Gate of jingle County, bordering Loufan County of Taiyuan City in the southeast and Lan county of Luliang City in the southwest. There are 5433 permanent residents (in 2017), 16520 mu of arable land, 1.7 mu per capita. In 2010, the gross national product was 25.15 million yuan, the total grain output was 4.19 million jin, and the per capita income of farmers was 3200 yuan. The town governs 28 natural villages, including 26 administrative villages. Fenhe River runs through the whole area from north to south, dividing the town into Fengrun and buliushe. Some villages in the eastern district are located beside the ningbai highway, while some villages in the western district are close to the Fen river bank.

Fengrun township was set up in 1956, Huo concise commune in 1958, Fengrun commune in 1961 and town in 1984.

Scenic Spots and Historical Sites

Jingju Temple grottoes are located in Fengrun village, 15 kilometers south of jingle County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, and adjacent to ningbai highway in the West. The grottoes are excavated on the cliff on the East Bank of Fenhe River (Fig. 1). They are about 6 meters high from the surface and 400 meters long from north to south. There are 9 existing grottoes, numbered 1-9 from north to south. August 18, 1986 by the people's Government of Shanxi Province announced as the provincial key cultural relics protection units! It has been listed as one of the eight scenic spots in the county, which provides conditions for the development of tourism in the town.

Rex Rabbit breeding is the breakthrough point in the breeding industry, and pig, cattle, sheep, fish and chicken are also developed. Qianrunzi village invested 1 million yuan, covering an area of 50 mu, to build Rex Rabbit breeding demonstration base.
