Gouli Township
Gouli Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Dulan County, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province, is located in the southeast of Dulan County, adjacent to Reshui Township in the East, Maduo County of Guoluo Prefecture in the south, and Xiangjia Township in the northwest. The terrain is irregular triangle. The administrative area is 3271 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 1680 people registered residence in gore village. As of October 2019, Gouli village has jurisdiction over three administrative villages.

History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, it was a pasture for the Tibetan ri'an and Gouli tribes.
In 1958, Gouli township was established.
In 1962, Gouli commune was established, under the jurisdiction of Zhiyu, rilong, xiumao three production teams.
In November 1962, Gouli commune was renamed Gouli township.
In 1968, it was also called Gouli commune.
In 1984, Gouli township was restored.
In 1990, it had jurisdiction over three pastoral committees, namely Zhiyu, rilong and xiumao.
