As of June 2020, biekou town has one community, six administrative villages and the people's Government of the town is located at No. 2, Wuyi Road.

History of construction

In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Hechuan county. In 1728, the old dam was built. In the first year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1796), he moved to biekoutou and built Baiyan Township, which was later called bieyan township.

After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it was changed to foyan township. Later, it was renamed biekou Township because of its residence in biekoutou.

In January 1954, it was transferred from Hechuan county to Tongnan County, belonging to Taihe District.

In June 1958, biekou commune was established in biekou township.

In December 1983, biekou commune was replaced by biekou township.

In April 2011, it was changed from biekou township to biekou town.
