Xingfeng town
Xingfeng Town, belonging to Qinan County, Tianshui, Gansu, is located in the southeastern part of Qinan County, and is located in the Far East Town of Qingshui county. It connects the Yunshan mountain, Wang Yinzhen, West and Xingguo Town, Zhongshan Town, and Zhongshan town in the north. The area is 90.85 square kilometers, and in 2018, the registered residence population was 32106.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to Tianshui County, Xingfeng town. In September 1949, Xingfeng Town, Yuanmen District of Tianshui county (now Yuanmen township of Qingshui county), was established; in October, it was renamed Xingfeng township. In 1954, it was a township directly under Xingfeng, pujue and Qinglong. In 1965, it was called Xingfeng commune. In 1983, it was changed into Xingfeng township. In October 2015, the township was replaced by township. As of June 2020, Xingfeng town has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages.
In 2018, Xingfeng town has 10 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to Tianshui County, Xingfeng town.
In September 1949, Xingfeng Town, Yuanmen District of Tianshui county (now Yuanmen township of Qingshui county), was established; in October, it was renamed Xingfeng township.
In March 1954, it was assigned to Wangyin District of Qin'an County.
In 1954, it was a township directly under Xingfeng, pujue and Qinglong.
In 1958, as Xingfeng commune, the territory set up Xingfeng, Zhenlin, Huaishu management area.
In 1961, it was changed into Xingfeng, Qinglong and chuanchen communes.
