Changlong Township
Changlong Township, belonging to qiangoluosi Mongolian Autonomous County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the south of qiangoluosi Mongolian Autonomous County, 50 kilometers away from the people's Government of qiangoluosi Mongolian Autonomous County; it borders Hongquan Township in the East, Baodian Township in the north, sanshengyu town and yangshulin Township in Nongan County in the South and Southeast, and haiborigo town in the West. The total administrative area is 211.19 square kilometers.
In 1983, Changlong commune was changed into Changlong township. By the end of 2018, there were 19087 registered residence population in Chang Long township. As of June 2020, Changlong rural has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Changlong township was 420 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 6700 yuan.
History of construction
Changlong Township belongs to gongnutuk (District) of Guoerluosi Front Banner.
In 1937, it was the first nutuk (District). In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), it belonged to nutuk (District) of daqingtuozi. In 1945, it belonged to sanshengyu district (District 5) of Nong'an County; in March 1949, it belonged to Shenjingzi district (District 11) of guoerluoqian banner.
In March 1956, Changlong township was established.
In April 1958, it was merged with hanlongkeng Township into Changlong township; in October of the same year, it was transformed into Changlong (iron and steel) commune; in December, it was merged into shenjingzi commune.
In April 1961, Changlong commune was established.
In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township.
