Jingguan Town, belonging to Beibei District of Chongqing, is located in the northeast of Beibei District, bordering Sansheng town in the East, Shuitu town in the south, Tianfu town in the West and Liuyin town in the north. It is 27 kilometers away from the people's Government of Beibei District, with a total area of 72.5 square kilometers.
In 1751, Jingguan town was under the jurisdiction of Lili, Jiangbei hall, Chongqing Fu, East Sichuan Province; in December 1993, it was established by the merger of douti Township, Jizhen Township and Jingguan township. By the end of 2018, the population of Jing Guan town registered residence was 53693. As of June 2020, Jingguan town has 2 communities, 15 administrative villages and the people's Government of Jingguan town is located at 111 Huayu road.

History of construction
In 1751, it was under the jurisdiction of Lili, Jiangbei hall, Chongqing government, East Sichuan Province.
In 1949, Jingguan district was set up.
In 1956, Jingguan Township and Hongqi commune were established, which directly belonged to the county.
In 1961, Jingguan district was restored, under the jurisdiction of douti Township, Jizhen Township, Jingguan township (town), TANKOU Township and Longshan township.
In December 1993, douti Township, Jizhen Township and Jingguan Township under the former Jingguan District merged to establish Jingguan town in Jiangbei County.
In December 1994, it was transferred to Beibei District.
