In 2007, seven neighborhood committees including Qingshan temple, Huaihua, yujiaping, huxingshan, tuishanzui, Juyuan and Fenghuang were set up in Yingtian town of Miluo City, and Tianwen sub district office was set up. The newly established Tianwen sub district office has jurisdiction over seven neighborhood committees, with a total area of 4 square kilometers and a total population of 28000. The office is located in xiaobianshan. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, Yingtian town has jurisdiction over 14 villages with a total area of 73.9 square kilometers and a total population of 30000. In 2010, the population was 5667 (2010).
