Zhirui Town, belonging to Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Keshiketeng Banner, bordering Tuchengzi town and xinkaidi Township in the East and Southeast, Wengniute Banner in the south, Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County in Chengde City, Hebei Province in the southwest, hongshanzi Township and Huamugou forest farm in the West and northwest, Jingpeng town and wanheyong town in the north and northeast. The people's government is stationed in Xinghua village. The administrative area of Zhirui town is 2313 square kilometers. In late 2018, 34990 people registered residence in Chi Rui town.

In October 2001, Zhirui Township and Changyi Township were merged into lizhirui town. In November 2006, guangxingyuan town and Nandian town were merged. In June 2020, Zhirui town governs 17 administrative villages.

Zhirui town is located in the upper and middle part of baichachuan at the north foot of Saihanba. The terrain is low in the north and high in the south. The terrain has both alpine meadow and alpine canyon. The main peaks are Xiaoxitian, Dadingzi, Saihan Oboo, Mazong mountain, Binglang mountain and Hunde Lengfeng. The highest peak in the territory is daguangdingzi mountain, 2067 meters above sea level, which is the highest point in Chifeng City; the lowest point is houmachang, 755 meters above sea level.
